Girls Gone Mild Adventures was created for women who crave connection, nature, and meaningful experiences—without the pressure to drink.
We host alcohol-free retreats and experiences in Southwest Florida* that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're sober, sober-curious, or simply seeking more intentional ways to gather and grow, you're welcome here.
Our adventures are designed to bring women together in beautiful settings for immersive, soul-filling fun: think glamping riverside, yoga at sunrise, hiking through the wild, and sailing at sunset with new friends. With a focus on authentic connection, inner peace, and adventure, every detail is crafted to help you unplug, reset, and feel wildly alive—no hangover required.
Girls Gone Mild Adventures is more than just exciting experiences—it's a movement. A community of women who are rewriting the rules of what it means to have fun, find freedom, and be fully present.
*Our adventures will be based in SWFL for now, although we hope to take this show on the road very soon!
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Sophia—wife, mom, Executive & Life Coach, and founder of Girls Gone Mild Adventures.
For over a decade, I ran corporate retreats around the world for more than 6,500 leaders across 33 countries. I’ve always been passionate about creating space for connection, growth, and meaningful transformation.
When I got sober, I left corporate America, leaned into healing, and built a life rooted in purpose, peace, connection—and FUN. I had time. I had energy. And I had a wildly renewed sense of adventure. I got to know me again—the real me—after years of inauthentic versions running the show. Instead of “going hard,” I wanted to go deep. I longed for spaces that felt real, nurturing, and joyfully booze-free.
The real magic has been finding other women on this path—fun, wild, soulful women embracing life with clarity and intention, no buzz required.
Girls Gone Mild Adventures is my love letter to that journey—a place where my expertise meets my passion. Evocative, alcohol-free experiences designed to help women reconnect with themselves, each other, and the joy of being fully present. My hope is that every woman who joins us remembers who she is, what she’s capable of, and that she’s never alone on the path.
