You don’t need to be in recovery to be here. All Girls Gone Mild Adventures are alcohol-free and substance-free by design, creating space for real connection, presence, and joy.
We welcome women who are sober, sober-curious, or simply looking for a different kind of experience — one that doesn’t revolve around alcohol.
-
Absolutely. In fact, most women do.
Coming solo is completely normal here — and often the most powerful part of the experience.
You won’t feel alone for long.
-
That’s exactly how almost everyone starts.
These spaces are designed for connection, and something really special happens when a group of women shows up open, present, and real. You’ll be met with warmth — not cliques.
-
Women who are curious, open, and ready for something more.
Some are newly sober, some have years of sobriety, and others are simply choosing not to drink — whether that’s a lifestyle or just for the day or evening. All are welcome here.
What they all have in common is a desire for connection, fun, and authenticity.

Each adventure is a little different, but typically your experience includes the curated activity, thoughtful touches, and a beautifully guided group experience. We also often include a branded GGMA keepsake item and/or a goodie bag from local sponsors.

That’s completely normal — and honestly, expected.
Doing something new (especially without a drink in your hand) can feel vulnerable. But on the other side of that nervousness is connection, confidence, and a version of you that feels more like yourself.
And if it would help ease your mind, you’re always welcome to connect with our founder, Sophia, for a quick call or Zoom beforehand.
-
We intentionally keep our groups small.
This allows for deeper connection, more meaningful experiences, and a space where everyone feels seen and included.
-
Because of the intimate nature of our events and limited spots, all bookings are non-refundable within a certain window (usually 21-30 days).
Full details are outlined on each event page — we always encourage reviewing before booking. -

This is a privately funded initiative through Girls Gone Mild Adventures that allows donors to sponsor full or partial spots for women in recovery.
It’s rooted in the belief that connection, joy, and experiences like these should be accessible — especially in early sobriety.
-
No — you don’t need to be in early recovery to apply.
That said, priority is given to women in earlier stages of sobriety (typically under one year), as this is often when support and connection are needed most.

You can sponsor a full or partial seat through our Wild at Heart Sponsorship Fund.
Simply visit our donation page here to contribute. Every donation helps create access for a woman in recovery to experience connection, joy, and community.
-
Yes — truly.
In fact, it’s a different kind of fun. More present, more connected, more real.
You don’t need alcohol to laugh, to feel alive, or to have an unforgettable experience. Most women leave wondering why they ever thought they did.
