Wild Hearts, Gentle Giants is a thoughtfully curated, immersive experience designed to deepen connection — with nature, with others, and most importantly, with yourself.
There is something profoundly grounding about being in the presence of elephants — something that can’t be fully explained, only felt.
They move slowly. Intentionally.
They lead with memory, intuition, and quiet strength.
And when you’re around them, something in you begins to remember, too.
At the heart of the day is a rare, intimate elephant encounter offered in an ethical, sanctuary-style setting and limited to just 4 women for an unhurried, deeply personal experience.
During this unforgettable one-hour guided encounter, you’ll step into the role of caretaker as you:
Help prepare the elephants’ breakfast
Offer their favorite treats
Ask questions and learn directly from their caretakers
Experience safe, respectful touch and take unforgettable photos
Assist in bathing one of the elephants
This time is immersive yet spacious — allowing you to slow down, be present, and experience these extraordinary animals in a way that feels both meaningful and respectful of their natural rhythms.
Following the encounter, we’ll remain onsite for a guided reflection and journaling experience — a space to integrate, connect, and carry forward what’s been stirred.
We’ll then transition to a relaxed, offsite group lunch — fully included. A space to continue the connection, unwind, and let the experience settle together.
The pace of the day is intentionally unhurried.

🚗 Transportation Note
Transportation is not included. Guests will either drive themselves or coordinate carpooling with fellow attendees. Detailed directions and carpool connection information will be shared in advance.
🌿 Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and strive to balance flexibility with the nature of this limited-capacity experience.
Cancellations made 21+ days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 21 days of the event are non-refundable, as this is a prepaid, limited-availability experience.
If you’re unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
